Exercises for a youth of hands

  2. Move apart fingers. Two fingers of one hand try to dissolve each two fingers on other hand as it is possible further from each other. Then replace hands. In summary weaken fingers and stir up brushes.
  3. Take in hands a rubber ball. Strongly compress its tips of the big and index fingers. At first one, then other hand.
  4. Compress a rubber ball with different force.
